Shenzhen Kaliho was founded in 2005, and has been engaged in mobile phones for more than 15 years. We started to develop the smartwatch project in 2020. And we already developed more than 50 different new models. And we always keep developing 2 new models per month.

OEM and ODM Service
We focus on OEM terms based on different customers. For OEM term, we can customize the buyer logo on Switch on/off and Packages based on our ready models. We focus on ODM terms of exclusive deals based on new models by  buyer requirements. We can customize the hardware, software, and packages.

Manufactory
We have made a large investment in manufacturing in the YiBin City of West China. The factory covers an area of 200,000 square meters, and plant area of 420,000 square meters, with convenient transportation, close to the Chengdu and Chongqing city. With advanced international standard production line equipment, like an SMT line, lead-free wave soldering equipment, assembly lines, and have a perfect process system and complete test measuring equipment. It has 600 skilled workers.

Services and Support
After-sales service is 1.5 years. We always provide 1% spare parts as casing,  Glass, FPC, etc., based on each mass order, and software. The defective rate is less than 2% if the defective happened in the market. We can provide the spare parts or new devices directly.

Trading Services
We accept T/T. LC term with 30% deposits and 70% balance payment before shipment, with US dollars, EU dollars and other local dollars.

Patents
The America Latina market is being set up as a new branch company of the KALIHIO group in 2023. We obtained the Invention patent, Utility model patent, and Appearance patents of V8 Rro in 2023.
